Every order includes a white card sleeve as standard. This page explains what else is available, what it costs, and what is not offered — so there are no surprises.

Not offered
- ─In-house printed outer jackets — Diz Lathe Cuts does not have the commercial printing capability to produce full-bleed outer jackets in-house
- ─Artwork design or printing by Diz — insert cards and labels must be supplied print-ready; Kieron does not design or print insert artwork
- ─Gatefold or multi-panel packaging — not available
- ─Obi strips, stickers, printed inners — not available through this service

Printed outer jackets — sourced externally.
Kieron does not print outer jackets in-house — the current printing setup is not commercially viable for this at small quantities. However, if your project requires full printed outer covers, Kieron can help you source these through an external print partner.
Externally printed jackets only make economic sense from around 25 copies upwards. Below that quantity, a photocard insert in a poly sleeve is the more practical and cost-effective option.

What is a photocard insert?
A photocard insert is a printed card or photograph that sits inside the sleeve alongside the record. You supply the printed card — a professionally printed photo, a piece of illustrated artwork, or anything else that fits — and Kieron assembles it into the finished package.
Inserts are typically paired with a clear poly outer sleeve so the artwork is visible through the front. This is the closest equivalent to a printed outer jacket that this service offers.
What you need to supply: A printed card cut to the correct dimensions for your record size. See the packaging dimensions guide for exact measurements. Kieron does not print these — you arrange printing and supply the cards ready to assemble.
