A few things people always ask me.
Yes. Every order gets checked before it goes near the lathe. If something's going to cause a problem I'll tell you before cutting, not after. You'll know what's happening at every stage — I'm not going to go quiet on you.
That's the whole reason to do it. I cut on a VinylRecorder T560 with a Systemphonics Nebula head — proper equipment, not a hobbyist setup. Every record gets checked on playback before it goes out. If it's not right, I cut it again.
Most people who order once come back. I'll let that speak for itself. It's not cheap compared to streaming, but you're getting a physical record of your music made by hand. That's what you're paying for.
7–14 days from payment is the target. Most go out faster. If you've got a deadline, tell me upfront — I'll be straight with you about whether I can hit it before you pay, not after.
