How does the quantity pricing work?
The applicable band rate applies to every record in the order. Prices are based on standard recommended programme lengths. As every record is individually cut in real time, particularly long sides may require a custom quote. A 10-copy order falls in the 10–24 band. 10 × £27 (12″ double-sided) = £270 cutting. There is no progressive tier calculation.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum cutting order value is £50. If the cutting charge for your order is below £50, a minimum cutting adjustment brings it to £50. Vinyl preparation, add-ons and shipping are charged in addition and are not counted toward the minimum.
Can I order fewer than five copies?
Yes. Orders of 1–4 copies use the small-batch rates shown above and remain subject to the £50 minimum cutting charge. Short-run quantity pricing begins at 5 copies.
Is vinyl preparation always required?

What is the production turnaround?
Approximately 2–3 weeks from payment and receipt of all final approved and accessible audio and artwork. Shipping transit time is additional. There are no fixed-date guarantees on standard orders.
Is a physical approval copy available before a full run?
Yes — an optional separate paid stage for larger runs. The approval stage costs £50 (cutting and setup) + £35 vinyl preparation if required + shipping. If you approve the record and proceed with the same masters, the £50 already paid is credited against the subsequent production run's cutting charge and vinyl preparation is not charged again. If you don't proceed, the approval charges are not refunded. Full terms →
Is rush production available?
Rush production is subject to production capacity and is only confirmed once explicitly accepted. When accepted, it is charged at 40% of the protected cutting charge, subject to a £30 minimum rush fee.
