Diz Lathe Cuts is an engineering-led lathe cutting operation. Every record is individually cut in real time on a calibrated T560 / Systemphonics Nebula system. Each side goes through a full technical assessment, gain calculation, test cut and playback verification before the production run begins.
This is not a format conversion service. It is a manufacturing process. The results reflect that.
Runs of 10 to 100 copies are the core of what this service does well. Consistent quality, sensible lead times, professional packaging options, and a cutter who understands the difference between a pressing plant and a lathe.

Lathe cut vinyl is a physical manufacturing process. A standard digital, streaming or CD master is not automatically suitable for vinyl cutting. All supplied audio is technically assessed before manufacture begins.
